Our Story
TeamBuildingGames was founded by Ryan Truong and Sara Phan, who share a passion for experiential learning, people development and building stronger workplace relationships.
Through their experience working with businesses, leaders and employees, Ryan and Sara recognized that many organizations wanted to create better team experiences but did not always have access to suitable activities, professional resources or fresh ideas.
An HR professional may need a short activity for an upcoming meeting. A manager may want to rebuild trust within a team. A CEO may be looking for an engaging way to communicate company values. A facilitator may need inspiration for a larger team-building program.
TeamBuildingGames was created to make these ideas easier to find, understand and apply.
Instead of keeping useful team-building knowledge within a limited professional network, Ryan and Sara wanted to create an open platform where practical ideas could be shared freely with a global community.
